DELUXE: Deluxe Room-Very large rooms set above the Porte Cochere and lobby, offering limited views. A few rooms are located on the inside corners of the Kensington Building and have small balconies. Rooms in the Carisbrooke building are large, but dont have balconies. View Resort grounds.

GRAN LUXE: Grande Luxe Room-Large rooms set back from the beach. Located in the St. James, Clarence, Buckingham, Glamis and Edinburg buildings. Very short walk to the beach. All rooms have balconies or patios. View: manicured lawns and gardens, pool.

GRANDE LUXE BEACHFRONT: Grande Luxe Beachfront Room-Lcoated on the first and second floors of the Balmoral and Sandringham buildings. ALl room have either a balcony or patio. View: Beach, Ocean.

HNYMN GRAND LUXE BCF: Honeymoon Luxury Beachfront Concierge Suite-Located on the first thru third floors of the Kensington Building with it's quiet East pool area. Also located on the first thru third floors of the "sunsational" Windsor Building. All rooms have either a patio or balcony. View: Ocean, Beach, Pool.

PREMIUM: Premium Room-Most rooms located in the two-story Arundel building and a few in the Edinburg building. All rooms have either a patio or balcony. View: Arundel Building: South pool, Edinburg Building, Landscaping.

ROYAL BEACHFRONT SUITE: Beachfront Royal Suite-Located on the first and second floors of the Balmoral Building. Suites feature a king bedroom with a marble bath adjacent to the intimate living area. All Royal Suites have either a patio or balcony. View: Ocean, Garden, Pool;Butler service provided.
