1 BEDROOM PRESIDENTIAL: Presidential One Bedroom Luxury Suite. These lavish suites feature a bedroom with a king bed and a parlour with a kitchenette, dining area and a double pullout sofa. The suites have one full bath. All suites have either a patio or a balcony.

2 BEDROOM PRESIDENTIAL: One king bedded room. Second bedroom with double beds. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with a roman tub. The parlour has a double pullout sofa, small kitchenette with a microwave and a small fridge. The suite also has a half bath. All rooms have patios,Butler service provided.

DELUXE: Turquoise Deluxe Room. Located on the first floor of the East and West wings of the Main Building. It offers either a king bed with a double pullout sofa or double beds with a single sleep chair and a full bath. All have a patio.

FRENCH VILLAGE 1BDR SUITE: French Village One Bedroom Suite. Located in the Bordeaux Building on the first and third floors. Garden or Pool view. Two doubles, twin sofa bed, double sofa bed and single sleep chair or one king, two double sofa beds, single sleep chair. Two full baths.

FRENCH VILLAGE 2BR STE: French Village Two Bedroom Suite. Ground floor with patio or third floor with balcony. Three bathrooms, one king bedroom with double sofa bed, second bedroom with two double beds and single sofa bed. Living area with double sofa bed and single chair - Garden or Pool view.

FRENCH VILLAGE LUXURY: French Village Luxury Room. One king bed with one double pullout sofa or double beds with a single sleep chair. Ground floor rooms have a small patio while second and third floor rooms have a balcony.

PREMIUM: Caicos Premium Room. Located on the second floor of the East and West wings of the Main Building. It offers either a king bed with a double pullout sofa or double beds with a single sleep chair and a full bath. All have balconies.
