Azul Blue has London-trained room butlers and pool butlers who act as intermediaries between hotel services and you. Three butlers are assigned to each 16-suite unit.
You will find no buffets here. You will find that all meals are a la carte. The resort has three restaurants as well as 24-hour room service. EXCLUSIVE: You will experience the "Chef Cooking Chat" in which the resort's head chef meets with each guest one on one, by the pool or the bar, and asks you about your favorite foods and dishes from back home. The chef will then prepare a special dish for you during you stay at Azul Blue.

Décor: First attraction is the spectacular open kitchen, with granite pillars covered with cold running water to assure freshness as well as herbal arrangements to give an additional scent. The most daring Ceviches are prepared for you to order, or as you wish pick and choose the ingredients and our trained “cevichero” will mix it into a exciting delight. We serve crispy pizzas, fresh foccacias and the most extravagant seafood preparations from the kitchen to your table Our bartender will blend spectacular “margaritas & coladas”. For dinner we serve a wide variety of daily changing Mexican creations under the rays of the Mayan moon. Yuzu - Oriental grill and sake parlour. Dinner. Enjoy a sake stir before dinner and make your choice of the extravagant menu, in the sake parlour. Once the chef has prepared your dinner we will bring you to YUZU will surprise you with exciting dining experiences from Japanese, Mandarin -Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, all available in one single venue capable of satisfying the well travelled palate. In the surroundings you will feel a multitude of flavours and senses. Décor: Entering through handcrafted sliding doors, walking over a wooden floor. The restaurant is distributed in three different oriental décors divided by fountain rivers with exotic fish.
Tinto - Wine and piano lounge (open noon to midnight). Designed for our guests with an adventurous palate and a passion for great wine, “TINTO” Wine & Piano Lounge features extraordinary vintages of outstanding wine makers. Sample these fine wines in a sophisticated yet relaxing setting while floating away on the smooth tones of music.
