Booking by phone:  Identify yourself as a Joystar Travel Agent.  To receive confirmation of your bookings you must give the supplier your 8 Digit Identification Code.

Booking online:  You must be registered with the supplier first.  See "After you have a basic understanding" below on how to register with each supplier.

First Things First

1. Log on to your my.joystar.com account
2. Click on "Knowledge Center"
3. Click on "U of J"
4. Click on "Smart Start" and read entirely.  You may read it online or download the pdf file and print it out.
5. Click on "Listen on Demand"
6. Under "Joystar Tutorials" Listen to:

• New Member Introduction - Start Sellilng Today
• Technology Training - Booking Engines and Sites
• Using Agent Port - Your Free Email Marketing Tool

After You Have a Basic Understanding

1. Click on "My Account" and make sure all information is correct.  You can also personalize your consumer website here.
2. Click on "Preferred Suppliers."  Click on "Details" of the suppliers you wish to book with.  Read through the information.  Here you will find the information you need to sign up with each supplier.  Follow the instructions completely.  New agents, it is recommended that you make sure you are signed up with :  Apple Vacations, GoGo Worldwide Vacations, Travel Impressions and VAX.
3. Now click on "Booking Engines."  Click on "Cruise Booking Engine."  Click on the Red Picture of the Cruise Ship.  Follow the instructions here and sign up for Amadeus Cruise.  This will reside on your desktop and you can book cruises and gather information in real time with Amadeus Cruise.
